About us
YEH Nexus brings together more than 15 years of experience in industrial operations and international business development, with a personal commitment to every partnership. Founded by Yasser El Harchouni, our company connects technical understanding with commercial experience. We help industrial businesses develop international markets, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, source materials and coordinate technical projects.
Our expertise spans aluminium, petrochemicals, chemicals and industrial materials. Based in Belgium, with experience across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Canada, we understand that lasting business starts with knowing the people, products and practical challenges behind every opportunity.
Experience that connects both sides
Personal involvement. Practical follow-through.
Our approach is shaped by Yasser's journey from industrial operations into international commercial roles. Working close to production built an understanding of processes, quality requirements and the realities of delivering a product. Developing customer relationships and distribution networks brought a complementary perspective: understanding markets, recognising opportunities and bringing the right partners together.
With experience across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Canada, we understand the importance of adapting to different markets and ways of working. We bring that perspective to every conversation, negotiation and project.
We take the time to understand what you want to achieve and what stands in the way. Whether you need to develop a new market, find a suitable supplier or move a technical project forward, we work closely with you to turn priorities into clear next steps. You work directly with Yasser, from the first conversation through to follow-up and coordination with customers, suppliers and production partners. Our way of working is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly and stay involved.
For us, a successful partnership means building trust through the way we work together, every day.
